Dr. Enrique Rosales Castañeda is a board-certified General Surgeon with advanced fellowship training in Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery (University of Guadalajara) and Endoscopic Surgery (UNAM, "Dr. Manuel Gea González" General Hospital). He completed his General Surgery residency at the Centro Médico Nacional Siglo XXI, one of Mexico's leading medical centers, and is certified by the Mexican Board of General Surgery (CMCG). He is a member of CMCOEM and the International Federation for the Surgery of Obesity (IFSO).
His practice focuses on the surgical treatment of obesity and metabolic disease through a multidisciplinary approach, as well as advanced laparoscopic surgery (gallbladder, appendix, hernia repair, acid reflux) and 24/7 emergency surgical care.
